Scholar calls for prayers as talks begin to ease tensions

Prominent Islamic scholar Taqi Usmani has praised Pakistan for its role in helping to reduce tensions between Iran and the United States. He said the country’s leadership handled the situation with care and balance during a difficult time.
In a statement shared on social media, he said Allah has guided Pakistan’s leaders to play an important role in trying to stop the conflict. According to him, this effort has helped improve the country’s image and respect at the global level.
He added that the ongoing talks are very important, not only for Muslim countries but for the whole world. He said the outcome of the discussions could help prevent further conflict and bring stability to the region.
Mufti Usmani also mentioned that the Prime Minister had called on citizens to pray during this period. He encouraged people to follow this call and remain engaged in prayers, asking Allah for peace and a positive outcome.
He concluded by stressing the importance of unity and prayer at this critical time, urging people to stay hopeful as the talks continue.
