“Brotherhood” Muttaqi urges unified islamic response toward Israel’s aggression

During a phone conversation with the Minister of State at Qatar’s ministry of foreign affairs, Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al-Kulaifi, Afghanistan’s Foreign minister, Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi strongly commends Israel’s recent strike on Qatari territory and assured that the Afghan people and Government stand with Qatar in this sensitive moment.

According to Muttaqi, After nearly two years of ongoing massacres in Gaza, the attack on the Palestinian negotiating delegation in Doha represents a clear violation of international law, norms, and values, and undermines peace efforts.

Al-Khulaifi appreciates Afghanistan for its stance, calling it a symbol of brotherhood, and explained Qatar’s mediation policy between Hamas and Israel. He said the attack occurred as the Palestinian delegation was discussing a ceasefire proposal, making it an assault on peace efforts themselves.

Muttaqi emphasized that Islamic countries must adopt a united and meaningful position against Israel.
